Facilities Manager – Part-Time

$35.90–$46.15 per hour | 22.5 hours per week | On-site

Grace Presbyterian Church is seeking an experienced, organized and approachable Facilities Manager to support the ongoing care and maintenance of our historic Calgary property.

This part-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the stewardship of a well-loved community landmark that supports worship, music, community programs and gatherings throughout the year.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Facilities and Community Relations, the Facilities Manager will focus on building maintenance, preventive maintenance planning, contractor coordination, facility safety and capital improvement projects.

The successful candidate will bring practical building knowledge, strong organizational skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and external service providers.

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, building operations, property maintenance or a related field.
- Experience coordinating contractors, maintenance activities and building projects.
- Working knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance.
- Robust planning,



communication and problem-solving skills.
- A positive, service-minded approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with older or heritage buildings is an asset.

Position Details

- Part-time, 22.5-25 hours per week.
- On-site in Calgary, with occasional scheduling flexibility.
- Satisfactory Police Information Check, including Vulnerable Sector Check, required.
