The Vice-President IT (Software Development) will be responsible for leading the modernization of a software product toward a cloud-based web architecture, with AI at the core of the development cycle.

Define the technology roadmap and the platform architectureLead the rewrite of the software toward a modern web architectureIntegrate AI into the product and development (agents, large language models)Implement CI/CD practices (continuous integration and deployment)Ensure application security in preparation for an ISO 27001 certificationSit on the executive committee and manage the IT budgetManage a team of approximately 8 people in development and IT infrastructureWork in an environment based on React, TypeScript, Kotlin, Java and the cloudPROFILE




15+ years of professional experience in IT, including 5+ years in leadershipExperience leading a large-scale software transformationMastery of React and TypeScript, with the ability to dive into the codeExpertise in generative AI applied to software developmentExperience in application security or in a strict cybersecurity contextGood knowledge of cloud architecture and DevOps practicesBusiness vision and strategic thinkingPeople-oriented, unifying and ego-free leadershipExperience in an SME (solid asset)Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalentBilingualism required (French and English)
