RBC is seeking a hands‐on Manager, YouTube & Affiliates to lead the end‐to‐end development of our YouTube content and affiliate partnerships in a fast‐paced, results‐driven setting. You will own two connected content engines: a high‐performing YouTube channel and an optimization‐driven affiliate program.
You will set editorial calendars, produce video assets end‐to‐end, manage affiliate relationships, and track performance across both programs.
