Lead municipal infrastructure delivery at EXP, applying civil engineering expertise and project leadership across Western Canada. This full time role is hybrid in Calgary or Edmonton.
As a Senior Civil / Municipal Engineer, you will guide infrastructure assignments from planning through construction. The work combines senior technical delivery, client engagement, multidisciplinary project management, and mentorship. You will also support public infrastructure pursuits and delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead municipal infrastructure projects through design, tendering, and constructionManage scope, budgets, schedules, resourcing, and delivery strategiesReview studies, calculations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimatesCoordinate clients, municipalities, utilities, contractors,



and regulatory agenciesMentor engineers, technologists, technicians, and engineers-in-trainingRequirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering disciplineProfessional Engineer registration or eligibility in applicable jurisdictionSignificant consulting or municipal infrastructure experienceExperience leading civil projects and multidisciplinary teamsKnowledge of municipal practices, standards, approvals, and constructionBring senior civil engineering, municipal project leadership, technical review, and client relationship skills to EXP’s Western Canada practice.
