Our client is seeking an accomplished sales oriented General Manager to lead a full-service hotel in the greater Vancouver area, featuring restaurants and bars. For the right individual, this role offers the opportunity to combine branded-hotel experience with sales and entrepreneurial leadership and make a significant impact in the Vancouver and BC markets.

The General Manager will have overall responsibility for the hotel's operations, financial performance, sales strategy, guest experience, and food & beverage outlets. The successful candidate will be expected to be active in the market, develop key relationships, generate new business, and work closely with the team to maximize rooms and F&B; performance.

We are looking for a proven hotel leader with all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring consistently exceptional serviceStrong sales and business-development orientation and a track record of generating hotel business.
Previous experience as a General Manager or senior hotel leader in a full-service property.
Experience with a city-center, urban, or high-volume hotel in British Columbia or elsewhere in Canada.
Sound food & beverage experience, including restaurants, bars, banquets, or catering.
Build meaningful relationships with guests, ownership, and key partnersSolid financial and commercial skills, including P&L; management, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization.branded hotel environment, combined with the ability to operate effectively in an independent setting.
