You will be responsible for defining the vision, developing the offering, driving financial performance, and supporting the commercialization of a high-potential product portfolio. Define and evolve the strategy for an insurance product portfolio to support growth and value creation. Analyze financial performance, recommend pricing strategies, and implement initiatives to maximize portfolio profitability. Develop acquisition, retention, and go-to-market strategies in partnership with various distribution teams. Influence and mobilize multidisciplinary teams, including actuarial, finance, compliance, marketing, digital, and distribution stakeholders, to achieve business objectives. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Actuarial Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. More than 7 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry. Proven experience in insurance product management and development or retirement solutions. Experience in pricing, actuarial analysis, or product profitability analysis. Experience managing a product portfolio and leading growth initiatives. ACIA, FCIA, or FSA designation, or significant actuarial experience, is considered an asset.
