Reporting to the Head of Fleet Efficiency, you will steer governance for Airbus A220 in-service operations. Your work spans KPI alignment, portfolio arbitration, budget management, and major issue resolution. You will also develop project management maturity across the Fleet Efficiency team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead major in-service problem governance and resolution performance steeringCoordinate Customer Services KPIs with A220 objectivesConsolidate monthly performance and Airbus tracking dataOversee AOP, P&L;, risks, opportunities, and budgetsLead customer satisfaction portfolio decisions and allocationsRequirements:
Engineering or Project Management degreeFifteen years’ relevant experience, including five management yearsStrong agile program management skillsFinancial acumen and high-value budget experienceEnglish proficiency for worldwide interactionsBring governance leadership, financial expertise, and program management skills to Airbus A220 Customer Services in Mirabel.
