As Regional Advisor, Operational Excellence, you will support Advisory Services leadership by translating national strategies into regional execution. The role connects national strategy teams with regional leaders, strengthening consistency and execution discipline. You will manage roadmaps, monitor performance, support targeting, and coordinate training and communications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead approved Advisory Services strategies and initiatives across the WestManage regional roadmaps using sound project management practicesProduce reporting and translate indicators into actionable recommendationsCoordinate training, onboarding, webinars,



and regional updatesConsolidate improvement opportunities and support solution implementationRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldThree to five years’ project management experienceExperience reporting insights and collaborating with stakeholdersStrong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, including Excel and PowerPointApply strategic execution, analytical insight, and disciplined coordination to strengthen BDC Advisory Services across the West.
