The Role

We are looking for a Fashion/Beauty Partnerships Assistant to support our partnerships team in managing relationships with leading beauty and fashion brands. This role focuses on client coordination, tracking deliverables, organizing meetings, and ensuring projects stay on schedule. The right person is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable communicating with clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

- Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and track action items
- Prepare and send explicit meeting summaries to internal teams and clients
- Maintain client trackers, account documentation, and project updates
- Monitor deliverables, deadlines,



and outstanding tasks across multiple accounts
- Follow up with clients and internal teams to keep projects on track
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating day-to-day client communication
- Support the Partnerships Manager with ongoing client requests and marketing campaigns

- Based in Toronto, ON, with availability for in-office collaboration
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent written communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple large fashion/beauty brands at once
