- Review, analyze, and provide expert feedback on AI-generated content related to federal IT processes.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and application incidents generated by AI.
- Contribute actionable insights to technical guidance and training resources for AI model development.
- Evaluate and refine technical documentation, system configurations, and security controls generated by AI systems.
- Support incident response simulations and use-case evaluations to improve AI model performance.
Requirements
- Have robust relevant experience in federal IT roles (GS-2210 or equivalent).
- Proven track record in information security implementation and compliance within federal frameworks.
- Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting heterogeneous IT environments.
- Experience preparing or reviewing federal documentation such as ATO packages and incident reports.
- Commitment to upholding data integrity, security, and privacy in all deliverables and project activities.
