Job Title: Female Personal Support Worker (PSW) – Part time

Job Summary:

Expect Care Inc. is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional female Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide in-home care for a client recovering from a motor vehicle accident.

- Location: LaSalle, ON N9J 3A4
- Schedule: Part-time, 15 hours per week, 3 days a week per day 5 hours.
- Language: PSW Chinese (Mandarin) speaking is preferred.
- Driving Requirements: The PSW must have a valid driver’s licence, access to their own vehicle, and a clean driving record. They may be required to drive the client short distances to hospital appointments or physiotherapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Assist with the client's prescribed exercise and stretching program.
- Monitor skin integrity, nutrition, mobility, and overall well-being.




- Assist with meal preparation.
- Complete laundry and change bed linens.
- Perform light housekeeping and general cleaning.
- Observe and report any changes in the client's condition.

Qualifications & Assets:

- Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC).
- Valid work permit (if applicable).
- Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong asset.
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional demeanor.
