Location: 250 Entreprise Road, Vars

IFBG is looking for two experienced fence installers to join our growing team. Foreman or crew-lead experience is strongly preferred, but skilled installers who are ready to take the next step are encouraged to apply.

We specialize in commercial fence installation, including chain-link fencing, ornamental fencing, security gates, and bollards. We’re looking for dependable people who take pride in their work, work safely, and can help deliver quality installations.

What You’ll Do

- Install commercial fencing, posts, gates, bollards, and related hardware.
- Read and follow layouts, shop drawings, and installation details.
- Take accurate field measurements, including gate openings and installed fence lengths.
- Safely operate tools and equipment appropriate to your training and experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area.
- Communicate progress, material needs,



and site issues to the IFBG team.
- For foreman-level candidates: Safety of the crew, organize daily work, guide crew members, coordinate with site contacts, and oversee installation quality.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous fence installation experience.
- Foreman, lead-hand, or crew-lead experience is an asset.
- Strong understanding of installation methods, layout, measurements, and quality workmanship.
- Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a safety-first attitude.
- Ability and willingness to work outdoors throughout the year, including winter.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s licence and equipment-operating experience are assets.

Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
