We are looking for a skilled and dependable individuals to assist with the installation of all types of fences but predominantly residential wood projects. As part of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks involved in fence installation, ensuring the project is completed efficiently and with a high level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the layout and installation of fences (wood, iron, and chain link) for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Dig post holes using hand tools or augers.
- Prepare and set posts in concrete, ensuring they are level and secure.
- Measure, cut, and assemble wooden fence panels, gates, and other components.
- Install fence boards, pickets, and other wooden materials according to project specifications.
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools, such as saws, drills, and post-hole diggers.
- Work with team members to ensure safe and efficient job site operations.
- Maintain and organize tools and equipment.




- Follow safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the project manager or supervisor.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in fence installation or construction is preferred but not required.
- Ability to use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials continuously and in large quantities from delivery or load point and into installation area (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Transportation to and from job sites preferred but not required.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.

Job Type: Seasonal Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
