Sublime Environmental designs, builds, installs, and services advanced water and wastewater treatment systems across Canada and internationally. As demand for our technologies continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team.

This role combines field service, commissioning, troubleshooting, production support, and QA/QC activities. No two days are the same. One week you may be commissioning equipment at a customer site, the next you may be supporting production, testing systems, or helping improve the next generation of treatment technologies.

What You'll Do

- Install, commission, troubleshoot, and service industrial treatment systems
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, automation, and process-related issues
- Support equipment assembly, testing, QA/QC, and production activities
- Train operators, maintenance personnel, dealers, and partners
- Provide onsite and remote technical support
- Complete service reports and maintain technical documentation
- Work closely with engineering, production, and service teams to continuously improve products and customer experience

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of experience servicing, commissioning, maintaining, or troubleshooting industrial equipment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel





Preferred Experience

- PLCs, HMIs, instrumentation, automation systems, or controls
- Pumps, motors, process equipment, CNC machinery, or industrial systems
- Field service or customer-facing technical support
- Water or wastewater treatment systems
