Field Supervisor - Completions / Frac Support (On-Call)

About Us: Thrasher Oilfield Services is a Grande Prairie-based completions support company. We provide reliable, safety-focused frac support, rig in/rig out, and torquing services to major operators across the Montney. We are adding experienced Field Supervisors to our on-call roster for upcoming work.

What You'll Do

- Lead field crews during completions / fracing operations
- Supervise rigging in, rigging out, and torquing operations
- Act as the on-site lead for safety, quality, and client communication
- Confidently train, mentor, and direct junior crew members and new hires
- Ensure all work is completed to Thrasher's procedures and client specifications
- Complete field tickets, safety paperwork, and daily reporting

What You Need:
- Proven experience in Completions - Fracing / Frac Support
- Solid hands-on experience with rig in, rig out, and torquing




- Previous supervisory / lead hand experience - must be comfortable leading a crew
- Confident field trainer - able to lead by example
- Valid, clean Class 5 Driver's License - MUST have 3+ years of personal auto insurance history (insurable - no exceptions due to Insurance requirements)
- H2S Alive, First Aid, CSO / Common Safety Orientation
- Able to work on-call, with varying schedules including long days / nights
- Own reliable transportation to Grande Prairie shop/yard

Assets:
- Valid Class 1 or 3
- Torque technician experience / certification
- Experience with iron, manifold, zipper fracs
