Northern Factory Workwear is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join our team!

Lloydminster, AB Part-Time | Approximately 20 hours per week Monday – Friday

We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented accounting professional who is confident working independently and managing financial responsibilities across multiple companies.

The Financial Controller oversees accounting operations and financial reporting, helping maintain reliable records and provide explicit information for business decisions. The role supports effective financial planning and smooth day-to-day processes for colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Bank, credit card & loan reconciliations
- General ledger & intercompany accounting
- Payroll accounting & government remittances GST/PST
- Preparation & filing Financial reporting year-end preparation
- Maintaining accurate financial records

What We’re Looking For: Someone with strong accounting experience,



excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial responsibilities efficiently.

Skills

Required: Practical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage reconciliations, analyze accounts, support budgeting, and handle payable, receivable, and payroll processes. Clear communication and organized recordkeeping help ensure financial information is accurate and useful.

Preferred: Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is advantageous, along with familiarity using software tools to support reporting and routine accounting workflows.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14.0 – 24.0 per week
