Lead corporate financial planning and analysis at SCC, modernizing reporting processes while providing data-driven advice to decision-makers. This position requires bilingual communication. As Manager, Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting, you oversee planning, reporting, funding, and financial analysis.

You guide a finance team, strengthen capabilities, and connect financial insights with SCC’s strategic objectives. The work includes budgets, forecasts, funding processes, reporting systems, and executive communications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead annual budgets, multi-year forecasts, and funding strategies
- Manage Treasury Board funding requests and monthly drawdowns
- Oversee quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
- Develop executive dashboards, scorecards,



and management reporting solutions
- Lead continuous improvement of FP&A; processes, tools, and systems Requirements:
- Degree in accounting, finance, business, commerce, or equivalent
- Current CPA designation and skilled membership in good standing
- Five to seven years managing and coaching finance teams
- Expertise in public sector accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Secret security clearance and bilingual imperative language profile Bring CPA expertise, public sector accounting knowledge, and strategic financial leadership to SCC’s planning and reporting function.
