Shape financial controls and audit readiness at Clutch while applying IFRS expertise to reporting, risk management, and IPO preparation. Clutch seeks a Senior Manager, Financial Reporting to architect reporting frameworks across its technology-enabled automotive business. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will own technical accounting and the reporting cycle while improving internal controls.

You will also work with Financial Systems leadership to advance ERP capabilities and financial information flow.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish internal-control and risk-management frameworks
- Drive NI52-109 readiness through policies and controls
- Manage auditors, regulators, and statutory reporting
- Partner on ERP and finance-stack evolution
- Build automations and AI for efficiency and risk reduction Requirements:
- CPA designation with five to eight years progressive leadership
- Big Four experience required
- Advanced IFRS, consolidation, leasing, and equity knowledge
- Experience implementing ERP and financial systems
- Solid communication with non-finance partners Use financial reporting, controls, and systems leadership to support Clutch’s disciplined path toward public-company readiness.
