A well-established general contractor and construction management firm in Toronto is looking for a seasoned Site Superintendent to lead its commercial interiors and corporate fit-out projects. This is a hands‑on role. You will run the day‑to‑day on site, from demo through closeout, on high‑end tenant improvement projects including professional workspaces, multi‑floor office build‑outs and corporate headquarters.Responsibilities

7+ years of site supervision experience in commercial interiors and office fit‑outs, including projects over $5MStrong grasp of scheduling, trade coordination, health and safety, and quality controlTrack record of delivering projects on time, on budget and to a high standardStrong leadership and a collaborative, “one team” mindsetCompensation and Advantages
