Are you a commercially minded sourcing professional who loves turning market insight into real business value? Manager, Strategic Sourcing You'll partner with teams across the business, from IT and Marketing to Facilities and Supply Chain, to build sourcing strategies, negotiate strong agreements and manage supplier risk, acting as a trusted commercial advisor every step of the way. Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies that deliver short‑and long‑term business valueLead end‑to‑end sourcing initiatives: RFXs, competitive bids, supplier evaluations, negotiations and business reviewsLead supplier negotiations and, with Legal, develop and review commercial agreements covering risk allocation, cost, service expectations and supplier accountabilityProvide market, supplier and commercial insights that shape business decisions and business casesManage supplier relationships, performance and contract compliance for critical suppliersPartner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting and cost managementMaintain your sourcing pipeline,



track results and report on realized savings and valueIntegrate ESG considerations into sourcing strategies and supplier decisionsCoach stakeholders on procurement best practices and help evolve our sourcing tools and processes 3–5 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management or a related commercial field, ideally in a large, complex organizationA proven track record leading end‑to‑end sourcing for indirect spend categoriesStrong skills in competitive sourcing, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiation and contract developmentThe ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage multiple projects and prioritiesA university or college degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering or a related fieldExcellent communication skills and the ability to influence and build trust without formal authorityStrong business acumen, with an understanding of cost drivers and supplier economicsA highly analytical, organized and detail‑oriented approach, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on executionComfort in a fast‑paced, team-oriented environment, juggling priorities and navigating ambiguity Enjoy a hybrid work environment that ensures the perfect balance between work and personal life.
