We're working with a global systems integrations firm to find a dynamic Fire Alarm Technician to join their growing Calgary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused technician who enjoys troubleshooting, servicing, and commissioning commercial fire alarm systems while building a long-term career with a respected industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

- Service, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial fire alarm systems.
- Perform system start-ups, programming, commissioning, and final testing.
- Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls.
- Complete accurate service reports and communicate project updates.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring all work meets safety and industry standards.
- Mentor junior technicians when required.

Qualifications

- CFAA Fire Alarm Technician Certification is essential.
- 2+ years' commercial fire alarm experience.
- 2+ years of experience with installation, commissioning, start-up, and servicing of fire alarm systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, mechanical,



and electrical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Edwards systems and EST-3/EST-4 certifications are considered strong assets.
- Diploma or degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or a related field is an asset.
