Our preferred candidates have experience as a healthcare skilled and can draw on their real-world knowledge to bring first aid concepts to life. We value instructors who can connect practical experience to the material, build confidence in their students, and make learning both enjoyable and impactful.
We are looking for someone who:
- Brings energy, personality, humour, and enthusiasm into the classroom.
- Makes complex concepts easy to understand through real-world examples and practical demonstrations.
- Knows how to engage a room, encourage participation, and keep students interested throughout a two-day course.
- Goes beyond simply reading slides or delivering information to create a truly interactive learning experience.
- Takes pride in their craft and continually looks for ways to improve their teaching.
- Understands that students should leave feeling confident, capable, and prepared to respond in an emergency.
- Shares our commitment to delivering an outstanding course, every single time.
- No previous instructor certification required as we will cover all costs for you to get certified
