Kawartha Lakes Honda is looking for an experienced, hands-on Fixed Operations Manager to lead our service and parts departments.

The chance
Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, the Fixed Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations and overall performance of our service and parts departments.
You will provide leadership to the team, maintain a high standard of customer service and look for ways to improve efficiency, profitability and the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop the service and parts team.
- Oversee daily workflow and ensure both departments operate efficiently.
- Plan staffing, schedules
- Monitor sales, gross profit, expenses and department performance.
- Improve technician productivity and service department efficiency.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve concerns professionally.
- Oversee parts inventory and support timely parts availability.
- Ensure Honda training, warranty and operational requirements are met.
- Plan for busy periods, including seasonal tire changes.
- Review department results and priorities regularly with the Dealer Principal.
What you bring
- Leadership experience in an automotive dealership service, parts or fixed operations role.
- A strong understanding of dealership financial statements and department performance.
- The ability to motivate a team, solve problems and hold people accountable.
- Strong organization, planning and communication skills.
- A commitment to customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.
- Honda dealership and PBS experience are assets.
