About Mecka AI Mecka AI is building the data infrastructure layer for robotics and embodied AI. We design and operate global systems for data capture, data labeling, and hardware-enabled workflows used by leading AI labs and robotics companies to train and validate humanoid and embodied AI systems. We work closely with frontier robotics teams to bridge real-world data, simulation, learning-based systems, and deployed hardware. Alongside field capture, we run studio projects: data collections built to a customer's specification, often with recent hardware and tight deadlines. As Strategic Projects Lead, you will build and run project management for our studio projects and own our most complex projects from end to end. You will plan each project from scoping to delivery, lead a team of project managers, and be accountable for every project landing on time and to spec. Build the project management office for studio work, with one view of every active project, a regular review cadence, and clear escalation paths. Project ownership:

Lead the most complex projects yourself from scoping through delivery, owning the plan, targets, budget, and risks. Capacity planning: Turn customer requirements into delivery plans and plan capacity ahead of demand. Hire, coach, and lead a team of project managers, and report status and risks to the Head of Studio every week. 5 to 8+ years in technical program management, management consulting, product operations, or operations leadership, including at least 2 years managing a team. Experience with hardware pilots, computer vision or robotics data collection, or production settings such as film or manufacturing. We may use AI-assisted tools to help evaluate applications against the requirements of this role. These tools support our recruiting team in identifying qualified candidates but do not replace human judgment or limit which applications may be reviewed or considered. #
