This Senior Counsel position supports Cencora’s Indirect Sourcing team on significant sourcing matters. You will provide effective legal services, manage projects, and negotiate vendor agreements across indirect goods and services. The work includes MSAs, Statements of Work, licenses, equipment, and consulting agreements. The position requires sophisticated individual contribution with minimal supervision, plus potential oversight of other legal professionals.
