The Region Sales Manager develops revenue, market share, and customer relationships across assigned mining territories. You will target hard rock, industrial minerals, and mineral processing opportunities while collaborating with KSB Mining global teams. The position emphasizes strategic selling, key accounts, and long-term growth.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, mining, or related fieldTen or more years in mining, pumps, or engineered solutionsSuccess in business development, key accounts, or EPC/OEM salesUnderstanding of slurry pumping and mineral processing systemsWillingness to travel significantly across Eastern Canada and globallyBring mining sales leadership, strategic account management, and project development expertise to KSB Mining’s Eastern Canada growth plans.
