This position is for a Senior Property Manager based in Burnaby, BC.***You enjoy playing a central role in customer care by bringing superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to everything you do.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors.
Prepare annual budgets in accordance with deadlines established by the Accounting department. Ensure compliance with current-year operating budgets and oversee capital expenditure projects in line with owners' requirements.
Supervise and control all operating and capital expenditures, including recoveries, year-end adjustments, tenant reconciliations, accounts receivable, and related activities.
Manage monthly reporting, ensuring the quality and accuracy of information, adherence to deadlines, and alignment with annual budgets. Actively support environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and real estate technology (PropTech) initiatives. Implement and oversee ESG programs and certifications for the properties.
Manage and oversee Risk & Safety programs initiated by Colliers and/or clients.
Actively support and promote national vendor management and procurement policies.
Document coaching objectives, deliverables, and the progress of each employee under your supervision.




Oversee capital improvement projects.
A valid rental property management licence for British Columbia.
Previous experience managing a team.
Experience in commercial real estate, preferably with Class A buildings.
Experience with Yardi Voyager, including integrated accounting.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
A CPM or RPA designation is considered a strong asset.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
