Sous la responsabilité du Directeur, Construction, le/la titulaire du poste est responsable de la gestion quotidienne de projets de construction résidentielles de grande envergure et assure la coordination de l’équipe de projet, la bonne exécution des contrats et la réalisation des travaux. Brigil is currently looking for a Project Manager in Construction. Reporting to the Director, Construction, the incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day management of large-scale residential construction projects and ensures the coordination of the project team, the proper execution of contracts and the completion of work. Effectuer la planification, l’exécution et la clôture des projets sous sa responsabilité Gérer les tâches inhérentes à la planification, à l’ordonnancement des travaux, à l’estimation, au contrôle des coûts, à l’administration et au personnel. Collaborer avec le directeur à la planification des étapes des projets. Assister et aviser les autres membres de l’équipe de projet pour s’assurer du respect de la qualité, de l’échéancier et des budgets en tenant compte de l’ensemble des contraintes de réalisation. Procéder à la définition de la portée des travaux des diverses spécialités ainsi qu’à l’octroi des contrats, des sous-contrats et des commandes.



Animer différentes rencontres reliées au projet (lancement, suivi, post‑mortem, etc.). Superviser la conformité des dessins d’atelier et autres documents techniques soumis. Traiter les modifications au contrat avec le client et les partenaires. Superviser les solutions aux problèmes techniques rencontrés. Rédiger différents rapports, mémos et mettre à jour des tableaux de suivi. Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet de construction résidentielle Connaissance informatique, particulièrement la suite Microsoft Office Bilingue, communiquer oralement et par écrit en français & anglais Avoir des aptitudes en gestion de personnel : leadership / travail d’équipe / éthique au travail / prêcher par l’exemple / motivation Maîtriser le processus de gestion de projets Perform planning, execution and close-out of projects under his/her responsibility. Manage the tasks inherent in planning, scheduling, estimating, cost control, administration and personnel. Collaborate with the Director in the planning of project milestones. Assist and advise other members of the project team to ensure quality, schedule and budget compliance, taking into account all constraints. Plan the work in collaboration with the superintendent and determine the logistical needs of the site.



Facilitate various meetings related to the project (launch, follow-up, post mortem, etc.). Ensure a presence on the construction sites. Ensure compliance and enforcement of Brigil policies and occupational health and safety standards on job sites. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the site, the presence of signs, CNESST/MOL openings, etc. Control manpower, materials and tool inventory. Oversee compliance of submitted shop drawings and other technical documents. Process contract changes with customer and partners. Oversee solutions to technical problems encountered. Serve customers and manage complaints. Minimum of 10 years experience in residential construction project management. Computer knowledge, particularly in the Microsoft Office suite. Bilingual, able to communicate orally and in writing in French and English. People management
