Asset Manager This role will focus on maximizing the financial performance and long-term value of our real estate assets through rigorous analysis, business thinking and strategic recommendations. Monitor asset performance including rent rolls, operating expenses, discounted levered cash flows (IRR/NPV), and associated budgets and forecasts . Develop asset strategies and business plans focused on maximizing value and returns in the short-, medium
- and long-term. leasing, capital investment, financing and development decisions . Identify performance gaps, risks and opportunities and provide clear recommendations. Partner across the organization to execute asset strategies. Support refinancing, acquisitions, dispositions and other investment decisions as required. in real estate asset management, investments, acquisitions or a related real estate finance role. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business,



Economics or a related field. Strong financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis skills. Solid understanding of Advanced Excel modelling skills, with proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
