Overview

As a Food and Beverage Server, you’ll welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and help maintain a clean, organized dining area. You’ll coordinate with colleagues to keep service smooth and create a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests, explain menu options, answer questions, and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit.
- Enter orders accurately using POS or Micros POS, process payments, and handle cash with care.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, communicate requests to the kitchen, and support basic food preparation as needed.
- Follow food safety, food handling, and sanitation practices while keeping service areas clean and stocked.

Experience Required: Strong customer service, time management, basic math, and explicit communication support accurate orders, cashiering,



cash handling, and efficient serving. Careful food handling and attention to food safety and sanitation help protect guests and maintain a welcoming environment. Your impact: Timely, accurate service helps guests enjoy their visit and colleagues coordinate each order.

Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, kitchen, hospitality, or guest services experience is helpful, along with familiarity with POS or Micros POS, food preparation, and upselling.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
