Family Pizza in Dauphin is looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable Food Service Supervisor to join our team!

We're looking for someone who can lead by example, keep the kitchen moving, support our crew, and make sure our customers leave happy (and well-fed!).

THE DETAILS

Location: Dauphin, Manitoba

Job Type: Full-time and Part-time

Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities

Schedule: Flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Keeping the pizzas rolling! Help coordinate food preparation, cooking, and orders to keep everything running smoothly.
- Leading the crew! Supervise team members, assign tasks, and keep everyone working together.
- Showing new team members the ropes! Help train staff in food preparation, customer service, and food safety.
- Keeping customers smiling! Handle customer questions and concerns with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Staying on top of things! Oversee POS transactions, cash handling, cleaning, and daily restaurant operations.
- Jumping in when needed! We're a team,



and that means everyone pitches in when things get busy!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A positive attitude and strong leadership skills.
- Someone reliable, organized, and ready to take initiative.
- Great communication and teamwork skills.
- Restaurant or food service experience is an asset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and help others succeed.
- Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada for at least one year.
