Manage retail, industrial, office, and medical assets for an established owner-operator. You will control portfolio numbers, buildings, and relationships while working directly with decision makers. The work combines financial reporting, tenant relations, lease administration, building operations, compliance, and capital projects.

Key Responsibilities

Build annual operating and capital budgets, including CAM and TMI recoveriesDeliver monthly financial, leasing, receivables, and capital reportingManage leases, critical dates, renewals, estoppels, and insurance certificatesOversee vendors, preventive maintenance,



tenant improvements, and capital workMaintain building, fire code, OHSA, insurance, and legal complianceRequirements:
Minimum eight years managing commercial propertiesExperience across at least two listed commercial property typesStrong lease administration, enforcement, and building systems knowledgeProficiency with Yardi or comparable property management softwareValid G driver's licence and regular GTA travel availabilityBring commercial property leadership, financial ownership, lease expertise, and client communication skills to this GTA portfolio.
