Tristar Concrete Inc. is growing, and we're looking for experienced Framers and Framing Carpenters to join our team!

We are currently seeking skilled, motivated, and dependable individuals to work on a large-scale, 113-unit townhome development in Prince George, BC.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced framing carpenters who take pride in their craftsmanship, enjoy working as part of a productive crew, and are looking for consistent, full-time employment on a substantial residential construction project.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform wood framing for multi-unit residential townhome construction.
- Construct and install walls, floors, roof systems, and other structural framing components.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install lumber and engineered wood products accurately.
- Install floor joists, beams, trusses, sheathing, and other structural components.
- Ensure framing is square, level, plumb, and completed to project specifications.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and framing equipment safely and efficiently.




- Coordinate with supervisors, crew members, and other trades to maintain construction schedules.
- Identify and resolve framing-related issues as they arise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and WorkSafeBC requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous residential wood framing experience is required.
- Experience with multi-family residential construction is considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of framing methods, materials, and construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency with framing tools, measuring equipment, and construction techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and workmanship.
- Physically capable of performing demanding construction work in varying weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety.
- Carpentry apprenticeship or Red Seal certification is an asset but not required.
