As Manager, Franchise Performance, you will advise Owners and Managers across the district. You will review operating reports, audits, financial results, and business performance. Your work will strengthen restaurant results while supporting standards, initiatives, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Coach Owners and Managers on restaurant business and financial results
Analyze operating reports, audits, and restaurant performance information
Conduct regular P&L; and Balance Sheet reviews
Develop performance solutions collaboratively with restaurant leaders
Support product launches, technology initiatives, and restaurant openings
Requirements
Three or more years’ operational experience with P&L; responsibility
University degree in business, hospitality, or related field
Strong business and financial acumen
Ability to analyze information and resolve issues using judgment
Willingness to travel 50–70% and hold a valid driver’s license
Bring financial insight, operational leadership, and cooperative coaching to Tim Hortons franchise performance across the Moncton region.
