The Production Tier IV is responsible for guiding and supporting the production team by coaching, training, and inspiring members while providing clear daily direction in planning, organizing, and team leadership to ensure departmental goals are consistently achieved.
Responsibilities
-Provide leadership to team members including One on Ones
-Guide team members on how to work safely and advise Team Leader of major safety concerns
-Assign work to team members, taking into account each individuals abilities
-Organize the work by ensuring that the materials, tooling and equipment necessary to do the job are in place
-Work with team members to follow proper standard work methods
-Assist in the creation of standard work
-Train team members on all required processes
-Perform hands-on duties, when time permits
-Assist the Team Leader with planning for future production requirements.
