As a Staff Engineer, you will provide technical direction for a platform helping customers build AI applications with MongoDB. - Define service evolution with product and engineering partners
- Design and deliver tested platform components

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years building distributed systems or cloud services
- Solid foundations in scalable compute and data systems
- Experience designing, testing, debugging, and tuning software
- Leadership of 15–20-person infrastructure projects
