Wind energy project financing and legal structuring anchor this Attorney position with Nordex North America. The role supports clean power development across the region.

As part of Nordex’s Legal Team, you will provide sophisticated legal advice to business clients and negotiate complex tenders. Your work includes financing agreements, supply contracts, maintenance arrangements, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, insurance, disputes, and intellectual property matters. You will cooperate with global legal colleagues while advising multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate complex wind turbine supply and maintenance tenders
- Prepare project financing agreements and legal structures
- Support Sales, Engineering, and Human Resources teams




- Coordinate insurance brokers and outside litigation counsel
- Prepare corporate resolutions, registers, and certificates

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor from an accredited Canadian law school
- Current Quebec law license
- Four to eight years of international or in-house experience
- Experience negotiating project financing and supply contracts
- Ability to counsel senior leaders and business clients
