This supervisor role combines home support coordination, clinical nursing procedures, and staff oversight. You will evaluate employee performance, determine training needs, and resolve staffing issues. You will also maintain client documentation, contribute to care standards, and respond to inquiries about programs and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Graduation from an approved Practical Nursing program
- Two years' recent related clinical or supervisory experience
- BCCNM registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Valid BC driver's license and personal vehicle access
- Ability to analyze, organize, prioritize, and supervise
