Great Canadian seeks a supervisor who leads by example while maintaining security and integrity across Casino operations. The work includes reviewing footage, completing reports and logs, coaching new team members, and communicating with internal and external customers. Gaming industry knowledge is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review footage and complete reports supporting potential legal evidence
- Communicate with customers while delivering exceptional service
- Safeguard confidential information from improper disclosure
- Provide training and coaching to new team members




- Perform preventative maintenance on surveillance equipment as required

Requirements:

- One or more years of surveillance, security, or gaming experience
- Law and Security or Criminology education preferred
- Proactive, solution-oriented problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Knowledge of Table Games required
- Eligibility for Ontario Category 1 Gaming Assistant registration
