Use deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise as a bilingual Consultant supporting Employee Central and related modules onsite in Montreal. This six-month engagement may extend.

The experienced Consultant will configure and maintain SuccessFactors across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Merit. The work supports implementations, system operations, and stakeholder needs. Solid hands-on experience across EC environments is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules across core areas
- Support implementations from requirements gathering through post-launch support
- Translate HR and business needs into scalable solutions
- Manage workflows, business rules, permissions, and data models




- Troubleshoot module issues, integrations, and data discrepancies

Requirements:

- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience across Employee Central environments
