This Evaluation Consultant role suits experienced professionals contributing to centralized and decentralized evaluations. You will assess strategies, policies, programs, and projects while supporting organizational learning. Assignments may include research, evidence generation, capacity building, and practical recommendations for multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead evaluations from inception and design through reporting
- Conduct independent, objective, methodologically rigorous centralized evaluations
- Review terms of reference, inception reports, and draft reports




- Design evidence-generation activities and evaluation methodologies
- Develop tools, guidance, and capacity-building resources

Requirements:

- Relevant university degree or equivalent recognized diploma
- Evaluation-related certification is an advantage
- At least two years of relevant qualified experience
- Experience conducting varied evaluation types
- Expertise in digital development or telecommunications is encouraged
