As an AX Engineer, you will build ACTO SuperAgents for commercial, medical, and patient-facing workflows. You will translate user roles and enterprise processes into compliant, high-performing agent configurations. The work combines AI behaviour engineering, systems integration, and customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct client discovery sessions and document technical specifications
- Map databases, APIs, warehouses, Veeva, Salesforce, and Snowflake dependencies
- Configure objectives, guardrails, intent logic, and interaction flows
- Model Skills using tools, actions, and governed knowledge




- Evaluate outputs, support UAT, and refine agent performance

Requirements:
