Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Technical Architect lead to join their project immediately and will run until June 2027 with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience with SAP S/4 ABAP, CPI, CALM, and BTP, along with a proven track record of end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations. Must also have demonstrated leadership experience, including leading teams, and a solid understanding of security and BASIS. This will be a fully remote work setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical design, development, integration, deployment, and support of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Provide technical oversight across ABAP development, SAP CPI integrations, EWM, TM, SAP Basis, and SAP Security.
- Translate business and functional requirements into practical, maintainable technical solution designs.
- Establish and enforce development standards,



architecture principles, code-quality practices, and documentation requirements.
- Govern technical changes across the SAP landscape, including enhancements, interfaces, custom developments, releases, upgrades, and migrations.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, capacity constraints, and performance issues; define mitigation plans.
- Partner with functional leads, enterprise architecture, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
- Oversee incident resolution, root-cause analysis, problem management, and continuous service improvement.

Food industry experience is nice-to-have. French speaking candidates will be highly prioritized.
