As IP Monetization Strategy Manager, you will own commercial strategy for HYPERMUSE IPs and decide which revenue opportunities to prioritize. You will develop memberships, merchandise, digital products, licensing, platform monetization, and e-commerce. Your work connects audience growth with measurable conversion and revenue performance.

Responsabilités clés:

- Own monetization strategy and performance for established HYPERMUSE IPs
- Develop revenue streams across memberships, merchandise, licensing, and e-commerce
- Build promotional calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Lead product launch marketing from pre-launch through analysis




- Track conversion, revenue, and audience-to-buyer performance by stream

Exigences:

- Three or more years in creator economy, social media, or digital marketing
- Proven audience monetization through memberships, merchandise, or digital products
- Experience with YouTube, Patreon, Shopify, affiliate, or licensing models
- Fluency in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms and culture
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with monetization results to share
