As a Senior Software Engineer on Vanta’s AI DX team, you will build foundations for more autonomous software development. You will design reliable systems, improve developer tooling, and evaluate AI-enabled workflows. The work combines infrastructure, AI systems, product judgment, and direct collaboration with engineers. You will use real usage evidence to improve quality, reliability, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build reliable, trackable background-agent infrastructure
- Develop agent evaluation systems using quality and cost signals
- Create feedback loops for AI system improvement




- Improve discovery and adoption of shared AI workflows
- Guide autonomous software factory foundations and delivery
