Job Responsibilities
- Greeting customers with a smile upon arrival at the restaurant.
- Serves customers with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner.
- Provides information to help food and beverage selections.
- Presents ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Maintains dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude.
- Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events.
- Performing opening and closing duties.
- Taking orders via phone and handling P.O.S.
- Collaborating with the kitchen staff for prompt and correct delievery orders.
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to multitask and to cater to multiple groups at one time.
- Providing excellent customer service during their dining experience.
- Remove and replace garbage bags in dining and washroom areas, as well as mop and sweep the dining and washroom areas.
- Unload and stock inventory items as needed.
- Perform tasks assigned by the Manager on Duty.
- Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.

Experience not required but preferred:
- License/Certification: Smart Serve Certification (preferred)
