Now Hiring: Loader Operators for Snow Clearing — Winter 2026/27

$30/hr

When the snow piles up, we move it. L. Chabot Enterprises Ltd. has been building Manitoba since 1969. We’re a third-generation, family-run heavy construction company specializing in roadway construction, earthworks, and sand and gravel supply and delivery. Our committed winter snow clearing contracts keep our crews working when others shut down. We’re looking for skilled Loader Operators to keep lots, roads and sites clear this season.

What You Bring

- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Minimum 2 years of commercial snow clearing experience, or 2 years operating heavy construction equipment
- A cell phone with a data plan for GPS clock-in and clock-out
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, on call, days and nights, 7 days a week
- A sharp, alert and professional approach on the job
- Mechanical aptitude is an asset

What You’ll Do

- Operate loaders to clear, pile and load snow on our winter contracts
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Report mechanical issues promptly to keep equipment storm-ready
- Clock in and out by GPS and fill out accurate timesheets every shift




- Work safely and communicate clearly with supervisors and crew
