Position: Part-Time Kitchen Staff

Location: Aleppo Kebab – Mississauga

Aleppo Kebab is hiring experienced kitchen staff for part-time positions. We are looking for hardworking individuals who can work efficiently in a busy restaurant setting.

Positions Available

Front Line:

- Shawarma Station
- Kebab & Grill Station
- Oven Station
- Sandwich Preparation

Back of House:

- Kitchen Prep
- Food Preparation
- Dishwashing
- Kitchen Support

Requirements

- Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is required.
- Must be available to work long shifts, including late-night, overnight, and early-morning shifts.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to multitask.
- Must work well under pressure.




- Must have a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook food according to restaurant standards.
- Operate assigned kitchen stations.
- Maintain food quality and consistency.
- Keep kitchen areas and equipment clean and organized.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Complete assigned duties and assist with opening and closing when needed.

Training Process Selected candidates will be required to complete a training period before a final hiring decision is made. Training will be used to evaluate work ethic, reliability, teamwork, and ability to perform the job.

Pay: $17.90 per hour
