Front of House Staff welcome guests and support smooth, attentive service in a food-service setting. The role combines guest services, serving, cashiering, and coordination with colleagues to create a clean, welcoming experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests, answer questions, take orders, and provide friendly customer service throughout their visit.
- Use POS systems, including Micros POS where applicable, to process orders and payments accurately; handle cash and complete basic math.
- Support food preparation and service, follow food handling and food safety practices, and maintain sanitation in front-of-house and shared work areas.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods, communicate with kitchen colleagues, and suggest suitable items through thoughtful upselling.

Experience

Required:



Practical customer service, basic math, cash handling, time management, and secure, sanitary food-service practices support daily duties. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, kitchen, serving, hospitality, or guest services experience; familiarity with POS or Micros POS, cashiering, food preparation, and upselling is an advantage.

Pay: $15.70-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 35.0 per week
