Advance theoretical particle physics research in Montréal through phenomenology, with opportunities to collaborate across UdeM research groups and institutions.
The Université de Montréal invites candidates specializing in theoretical particle physics phenomenology for a postdoctoral scholar position. Research interests include B-physics, flavour physics, rare decays, neutrino physics, dark matter, model building, radiative corrections, low-energy precision, and physics beyond the Standard Model. Collaboration with David London, Ryan Plestid, local graduate students, and postdocs is encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct theoretical particle physics research in phenomenology
- Investigate B-physics and flavour physics topics
- Study rare decays, neutrino physics, or dark matter
- Explore model building and radiative corrections
- Collaborate with UdeM researchers and external theory groups
Requirements:
- Specialization in theoretical particle physics phenomenology
- Cover letter describing desired fit at UdeM
- Curriculum vitae
- Research statement
- Three letters of reference
Develop particle phenomenology research at UdeM while engaging with flavour, dark matter, and beyond-Standard-Model physics.
